We are pleased to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Project Manager to join a leading construction company.
Your new role
- Execute the works programme within designated timelines and financial limits.
- Apply construction methods that minimise operational interruptions.
- Optimise deployment and oversight of supervisory personnel.
- Establish and sustain protocols to guarantee programme adherence.
- Coordinate with fellow delivery leads on works supervision, including determining necessary staffing levels.
- Prioritise principles of 'first-time accuracy' and 'zero delays'.
- Confirm projects meet deadlines and budgets per agreed programme and fiscal obligations.
- Evaluate design and contract alternatives throughout the development phase.
- Provide the client with routine progress updates as activities advance.
- Inform direct managers on quality, cost, and schedule performance.
- Verify adherence to quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate closely with commercial and finance managers.
- Monitor work measurement and valuation processes.
- Assess solution effectiveness and share insights with pertinent stakeholders.
- Adhere fully to applicable health and safety regulations.
What you will need to succeed
- Experience within the Construction or Highways industry.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A positive and 'can do' attitude towards your role.
